This class develops a lean, well rounded body. An hour long class with an exciting and different workout 6 days a week designed around your goals and individual level. We combine elements of cardio, strength, agility, core, plyometric, HIIT,  barbell and kettlebell training. (Don’t worry, we teach you all of these.) We also incorporate mobility, range of motion, and recovery work to keep you coming back day after day.  What sets us apart is our tailoring. Inside each workout we tailor specifically for your goals. Whether you are establishing your foundation, working toward improving your overall fitness, or boosting your performance, we have the right workout just for you.

Included with your membership is Four One on one Personal Training Sessions to get you started. We want to ensure that you are safe and understand correct form before increasing intensity. Safety is our priority.
