Personal training is for any individual who feels that they need more personal attention than we can give them in a class setting. This is also for people who want a trainer that will be just as dedicated (if not more dedicated) to helping them reach their goals as they are!
Personal training will allow your trainer to dive deeper with you into your goals and develop a plan specifically for you. When we do this, it allows us to help you achieve your goals even faster!
Full Price Sessions are $35/hour and $20/half an hour. We offer many different packages that reduce this price according to how many you purchase.
